How Much Does it Cost for Tree Removal?
The cost of removing a tree from your property varies. It’s best to schedule a free consultation with one of our Certified Arborists to give you an accurate quote.
Factors like the complexity of the job, type of tree, the height of the tree, health & condition of the tree, and the location of the tree will determine the cost for removal. Typically the average cost to remove a tree ranges from $500 - $1000. Very small trees may cost somewhat less, whereas very large or difficult to access trees may be more expensive to remove.
Some main factors we consider when quoting a tree removal job are:
- Size - The total height of the tree is one of the biggest factors
- Condition - If the tree is strong and healthy, the cost will be more since the work isn’t as easy as removing a dead, dying or rotting tree, which would result in a lower cost.
- Diameter - Typically, the cost is more to remove a shorter, thicker tree than a taller, slimmer tree.
- Location - The location of the tree is also important. If it’s located safely away from houses and obstacles, it costs less.
How Will You Remove My Tree?
Tree Removal is not an easy process. The tree will need to be chopped down first. We do this by climbing the tree, or using our state-of-the-art bucket truck, and cutting the limbs first, roping down the pieces, and cutting them into smaller sizes.
You may choose to keep the wood pieces or we can dispose of them for you.
Lastly, it’s important that you maintain your trees and shrubs by having them regularly pruned and trimmed to improve their aesthetic appearance, maintain their desired overall structure and integrity, and keep them healthy, in order to prevent the need to have them removed.
